How should I send in accomplishments made after submitting application

Since sending off my apps to the regular cycle, I have won a couple medals at a Science Olympiad competition and have been named a National Achievement Finalist. I want to send these updates to my colleges but I am unsure on how to do it...

Should I send a generic email listing the updates to all the schools, or would I submit it through some other method (or does this all just depend on the specific school?)? I really just want to ensure that the colleges get them. HELP

We e-mailed to each of the colleges. When we could find the e-mail address of the admissions rep for our geographical area, we sent to them directly. If not, we just sent to the generic admissions office e-mail. We received acknowledgements and thank you’s, and even one congratulations, for the additional submissions. I think it’s a good thing to do!

Btw, that means we individualized the e-mails. We made different comments for first choice schools, schools already accepted at and those where we’re still waiting for an admissions decision.

I think I will go ahead and try to contact the regional admissions officers for my schools, then. Thanks for the advice!
