A teacher forgot to input my grade while everyone else has it. I told her, repeatedly, everyday this week. She said she'll change it. And after 3 days, she finally did. But then, she put the grade in the wrong position, giving me a 0 on the original column. So I told her again, and she said she would, but it's been a day and she's not changed it at all.
The end of the cycle is this Friday. How should I tell her again without sounding nagging?

you might not realize this, but just go up to her and let her know her error. Think about it this way. She made the error twice. Why should you be left to compensate with her error and more importantly, why should YOU be the one begging for forgiveness? You have a right to nag and be irritated if she messed up.

Just say, “Hey sorry to bug you again, but when you changed the grade, I think you changed it wrongly. [Then explain the problem]. Could you please fix this?”

I’ve been telling her everyday in class. She always said, yes, I’ll change… And today in class, I told her, she said she would.
She had not.
Should I email a school official to intervene this?

OMG That’s what happened to me in 8th grade. In the end, she didn’t change it and I have a 0 for that assignment.

I would email the teacher first or give her a paper with the exact request (respectfully) written. She may have more than 100 students she’s working with each and every day, and having it in writing should help. Writing a school official seems like it is prematurely going over the teacher’s head.
