<p>The Penn application has 2 forms for teacher recommendations (Form 3B) and it's full of numbered questions with lines for answers. Will my teacher need to answer all the questions or can she just write me a letter of recommendation that covers all the questions and simply attach it to the form? I mean, do I tell her "please just write a letter and write see attached on the lines" or do I just give it to her and let her do what she wants?</p>
<p>I don't really know how these work, but I always thought that teachers just wrote letters of recommendation and sent it to the school... I didn't know it was a question answer type thing.</p>
