The nonprofit should be named, because it will show what you were passionate about doing. And tell what the nonprofit did, in the 150 character description section.
Some people actually provide a link, but definitely get as specific as possible, talk about how many hits you get etc for the nonprofit. Think about how much time to record and leadership roles or accolades/awards received on each.

Permitted character count may affect some decisions, but provide the name whenever space allows. Be specific enough that your application comes to life and showcases your enjoyment of and commitment to your activities.
