How strict is the no guest policy for Unofficial?

Due purely to coincidence, I was planning to have a guest on the weekend of March 5th, which, tragically is Unofficial St. Patrick's Day and guests are banned. I was wondering how strictly this policy is enforced. We will be keeping a low profile and not participating in Unofficial activities at all, so we shouldn't draw any attention to ourselves. Anybody who has previous experience with Unofficial, should I look into finding another place to stay, as plane tickets have already been purchased? Thanks!

your not participating in unofficial? not even a little bit?.. jk. (it’s a “great” college experience tho)

I’m pretty sure if you lie low enough, staying at a dorm is nbd. I’ve stayed at dorms despite the guest policy and engaged in unofficial activity… so if you’re not stupid enough to get caught you’re fine. if worst comes to worst, you’re going to have to drop quite a fair amount of money to stay at a hotel :-</p>

"if worst comes to worst, you’re going to have to drop quite a fair amount of money to stay at a hotel :-"

Wait. They would kick you out of the dorms?!?

I’m not sure… I’ve never been kicked out before. - thus the “if worst comes to worst” always gotta prepare yah know?

plus they wouldn’t kick you out. just the guest. you might get a fine, warning, etc.
