How the hell am I gonna get all my stuff moved in?

Anyone else have tons of stuff? I have like, 2 suitcases, a tv, and a bag of bed *****....I'd imagine everyone else does as well? Move in is going to be nuts haha...

move-in times grasshopper, move-in times.

it's not that bad..

i actually think moving in is pretty exciting

yep. It's fun seeing everybody and running through the halls. Awesome way to meet people. I'm at the end of my hallway this year, no more social butterfly-ness.

The move-in carts are AMAZING.
Take two carts and you could probably get everything from the car to your room in about 2 trips.

Don't worry. I moved in early with the marching band this past Satuday and I had quite a bit of stuff too. You just go to the front desk and check out a move-in cart. I used only one and I made it to my room in just one trip.

if your move-in date is friday, you get to move in with the joys of a thunderstorm!

Move in late at night?

v Move in is going to be nuts haha...

meant it would be less nuts @ night or stranger hours for move-in / traffic

its suppose to rain all day and night

^ yeah but if they were assigned some distant parking lot, then they probably won't get driven to their building (which sucks for the people that need to move in to places like rieber where that small lot by rendezvous will undoubtedly be packed and they'll have to park quite a ways away since the turnaround will probably be closed like it was last year)

v whoops read wrong... yes you can take the carts to your rooms

do we take the move in carts right up to our rooms? Or do we have to stop outside the dorms and make trips from cart to rooms?

You can take it all the way to your room, though it might be a bit crowded.

You can take the move in carts right up to your room. Also remember to bring your drivers license so that you can check out a cart.

... So a bruincard won't work?

it will, but most buildings require you to use your bruincard to get in, and you have to leave behind a form of id to check out a cart so you would have to wait for someone to swipe you in every single time which you don't want to do

v yes unless you want your stuff to get drenched (^ look at what you made me start doing mme-lin...)

Wow, Rain?

I guess I should bring a tarp or something to throw over the move in cart?

jyancy < ah, ok i was a spoiled deneveizen so this wasnt an issue

uh..it's supposed to rain friday? great...

what about saturday? D;

Just for asking, it'll rain on you.

"Saturday: Morning showers. Highs in the low 70s and lows in the mid 50s."

Kalasin, we can take two carts?
