<p>This is an extremely silly question, but how can I access my Smith e-mail account? I've (sadly) been searching for quite awhile, and was hoping one of you might have the answer.</p>
<p>If they have already given you your name/password (your name would be the first letter of your name and the first 7 letters of your last name, or less if you have a shorter name, your password is your ID number. Go to Smith's home page and at the bottom right corner you'll see GROUPWISE. Click on that, select english and press go, enter your name/password and you should be good to go.</p>
<p>It doesn't seem to be working. Is there any special caps or anything? Thank you, though. </p>

<p>I type in my user name as the first letter of my name and the first seven letters of my last name and the password as my ID number. 99...etc., but a pop-up appears which tells me to "please login again. Password or username may be incorrect." It might have something to do with my network, so I'll continue to try. Thank you very much again, for being so willing to help me.</p>
<p>My password leaves out the last digit of my ID number. Try that with yours, not sure if everyone's is like that though.</p>
