I am going to be taking the TOEFL in a couple of years and I would like to know how to prepare for it. Basically, I don't want to get a average score. My dream is to get into one of the best universities in the world. I'm looking forward to get a score above 110 in the TOEFL and I'm going to do my best if I have to get that kind of score. So if any experienced students who had done very well in the TOEFL, please tell me how. I just want to know what kind of studying do I have to go through. There are many TOEFL preparation books: ie. Princeton Review, Barron's, Kaplan, etc. But I was wondering which is the best, which is the most resourceful TOEFL book. Could you guys help me? Thanks

Get the free study crap online (it’s either free or you need to have registered for TOEFL to access it). To prepare, read many books. Like one book a week. Study for vocabulary, many hard words and long ones. Not because they are hard and long, but because they make you communicate with more precision and efficiency. You can also try writing alot, getting teacher feedback and improving writing. Then, watch movies. Try with and without subtitles, interchangably. Follow this and I would be surprised if you get lower than 115.

Btw. dont start TOEFL prepping now. Do what I said and your english skills and mastery will become improved and then you can top it off with toeflprep in the end.
