<p>I don’t think you have to put anything other than the address on the envelope, they will open it and see your name on the IE form.</p>
<p>I recommend putting your address for the return, not the profs. My D1 had an instance where her current school sent out the College Official’s form but got two schools mixed up (one school did not use the CA, so their form was slightly different). Luckily she had put her own return address, so she was able to quickly fix the problem. If you put the school or prof as the return, it could possibly sit around for quite a while before someone deals with it.</p>
<p>The format is pretty much like any other letter, just send it to whatever address is given for transfer admissions on the college website.</p>
