How to and When to Get Application Forms?

This may be a silly question[s]. </p>

<p>1) How do you get an application for a college or University?
2) When do you request the application form? - Begining of Senior Year as in September 1st or right now as in May/June 2012 for admission to 2013 fall?</p>

<p>Most schools use the Common Application. If the school doesn’t, you can probably find their application available on their website starting in July.</p>
