I am applying ED to a school and this is one of the questions, after the one asking about how I have gotten to know the school: “If there is any additional information you care to share with the Admissions committee, please enter it here”. It is optional, but I want to answer it
If you have some significant blemish you need to explain (my usual A’s turned into B’s and C’s the semester my mom was in the hospital) or if you have a significant achievement that just needs more space (trying to explain what it means to be a champion in an unusual sport like German wheel), fill it in here.
If you do not have anything to say that you are sure will improve your chances of admission, leave the optional information section blank. Don’t repeat anything you’ve already said elsewhere or fill in something for the sake of filling it in.
