<p>in Supplement for the Common Application they ask " To what other colleges and universities are you applying?"</p>
<p>why they ask that, how to answer?</p>
<p>i was unsure too...i asked a friend and they said that its okay to be honest and list the places ur applying since its just for statistical purposes. however, im still unsure and dont want to make BU look like a safety school or anything...hmmm i wonder what to do!</p>
<p>i applied last year (and i'm going to be a freshmen at bu starting tomorrow! :)), but yeah i just left this question blank, lol. it's not required so i didn't bother listing the (eleven) other schools i applied to :P</p>
<p>I highly doubt it would be used against you. Plus I think it is best to be honest with pretty much everything you can on an application</p>
