<p>Does anyone have experience with fee waivers? I once asked my counselor about it, and he looked up the common app site and collegeboard, which had fee waiver forms that are only for U.S. students..He said that I can't do it for that reason, but I've heard many times that internationals can apply for application fee waivers..So yeah, anyone know about this?</p>

<p>How do they determine what kind of income level would have trouble paying the app. fee? I mean even though it may be hard, it wouldn’t cause “unusual financial hardship”…We can still afford it if we had to. Should I bother applying in this case?</p>
