AP Chemistry
Spanish IV
AP Literature and Composition
Pre-calculus online
Zoology(2 hours)
If you have seen me on previous posts I said that I was planning on dropping AP Chemistry but my counselor has not contacted me back and I’m worried that there isn’t enough room in AP Economics for me to take it. I do want to challenge myself but I don’t want to end up stressing myself so much I have a mental breakdown like I did the year before.
I have a lot of trouble with math. I have only gotten B’s in Algebra. I have to take Pre calculus online because there is no more room in my schedule for me to take it in a classroom due to my zoology class. This is the only option of math that I have besides Statistics but I would have to take that online too. So I already know that this class will take a lot of my effort. Any idea on how to earn an A and what taking math online is like would be VERY helpful.
I hear that AP Lit is very essay oriented and there is an essay every week.
Just…AP Chemistry. How can I even get a B in this class? I took AP Biology the year before and I had a B+ the first semester and a C+ the second semester. I did very well my first year of chem with A’s all year round and 97% on my exams. I don’t think I’ll do good on AP chem this year because the teacher is not very good and I’m looking at my summer homework and I can’t remember anything.
Zoology is a career program which I believe is as hard as AP Biology since it is an advanced class but it does not say AP or honors.
Spanish IV is mainly vocab so I have no problems with it.
I need to know how I could study for all of these classes while studying for the SAT, doing extra curriculars, doing college apps, and volunteering without being over worked. Please tell me how the workload will be for them and how many hours I should study for which. I know this schedule probably seems trivial to the rest of yours but I’ve always had problems with time management.
/sorry for the long post
