<p>Hi, I am an international student and my school does not offer GPA scores, so i'm having some trouble calculating it.</p>
<p>During 10th and 11th grade, I got A-, A, A, A, and rank about top 15%, but since we have no honors/AP/IB courses, how should I calculate my weighted GPA? Does this mean I have a 4.0/4.0 unweighted?</p>

<p>As far as I understand it, yes, you have a 4.0 unweighted. A weighted GPA is school specific (depends on how your school calculates it). Sounds like you school doesn’t offer weighted GPAs for harder courses. I don’t think that will matter at all since most schools seem to prefer the unweighted GPA.</p>

so i should put in 4.0 unweighted on my common app? i’m really worried that if i’m NOT a 4.0 and the schools will think i lied when they see my transcripts :/</p>
