It says that you can cancel your scores on the test day before you leave the room. So can you actually finish the test and then, when the time is up, cancel your scores to that test? All you have to do is fill out a Cancel sheet right? Will any traces of you taking the test be left on your record? Is the only penalty for canceling the loss of your money to register?

Can you also cancel your scores by not going to the test center or do you need to cancel them at the test center?

Also, has anyone ever cancelled their scores after they left the test room? How did that work for you guys? Did you fax or mail them? Do you need to pick out specific mailing methods or can you just use the regular mail? I'm just wondering if anyone had any troubles with cancelling after the test.

Well, I'm don't know if I will have time to prepare... Can you just take it as a practice?? And then cancel your scores right away? Will colleges know that you've taken it?

I really don't see any point in that. Of course the colleges will see that you've taken it, but they only look at the highest score.

Let's suppose you show up and pay $$ for your "practice." You take the tests and cancel your scores. Too bad, since you got an 800 in every subject. You probably won't be able to do it again. Tough luck.

I think you better just go take the test and forget if colleges see it. The president is probably monitoring your personal phone calls, so what's the difference if the colleges see your score?

If you take it for practice, and then cancel it, what's the point of taking it? You wouldn't know how you did. Just don't go and it will be automatically cancelled.
