I'm planning my Spring 2013 schedule and want to take a class that is definitely webcasted so that I won't have to wake up so early. I learnt this semester that I am SO not a morning person. And I like to study on my own time.

Also, my telebears appointment is on the 29th of October. Is it late? Will I not get into the classes I want? :(

If you’re not a morning person, aim for later classes. My spring schedule (and backup options for it) are all later than 11am.

For your actual question, no idea.

Telebears: There’s a reason they do sign-ups in phases… You probably won’t have a problem getting your first (at most) 10 units.

You won’t know 100% until they release a syllabus saying so or during the 1st lecture. Read ratings from previous years, some will give you insight regarding this aspect.

Go to the Berkeley webcast page and check if the course in question had been webcasted in previous semesters. Although a previously webcasted course doesn’t necessarily guarantee that it will always be webcasted, it should be a fairly accurate indicator.
