Best reason to take a gap year before entering law school is to improve one’s LSAT score.
Agree. S and some of his classmates with very high GPAs are seriously considering a gap year to concentrate on achieving a high LSAT score. They aspire admission to a T10-12 law school.
ALL professional schools desire work experience from applicants.
That’s crap; they care not one whit about “balance”. A LS will take a high GPA and high LSAT regardless of work experience or not.
Adding a high LSAT to a high GPA not only means better admissions options, but can result in big time tax-free merit money. It’s is literally the easiest money a person will even earn in their lifetime.
