How to choose between research universities and liberal arts colleges with an ECON major?

The locations of these schools are very different. Sewanee is very remote, in a tiny town, and is small itself. It does have lots of resources for each student. But Ohio State is in a larger city, and is a huge university itself. Do you have a preference as to what kind of environment you want? Furman is somewhat in the middle, with a smaller town biking distance away, and a small city a short drive/bus.

Thank you~ Wish you and your family all the best :bouquet:

I am not sure either, I came from a city with a 3670,000 population. Seems like Ohio state is in a small city to me. :joy:
I am not very interested in Sewanee after I googled up how small it is. I think life there might be inconvenient.
