How to Choose Biology E or M

Hello, I'm Sydney from Peru... I hope you remember me.
Well I was searching for information about the SAT Subject Test, I think I'm going for Maths1, Biology and Literature or Spanish.
My problem is that, I read in College Board there is two tests of Biology... and those are very different.

"How to Choose Biology E or M"

* Take Biology E if you feel more comfortable answering questions pertaining to biological communities, populations, and energy flow.
* Take Biology M if you feel more comfortable answering questions pertaining to biochemistry, cellular structure and processes, such as respiration and photosynthesis.
* Indicate choice of Biology E or Biology M on your answer sheet on test day.

I'd like to know If I can take both and that counts as taking Literature and Chemistry for example or... the qualification will be considered lesser (according the fact they are tests of the same subject).
And, which one is more important: "E" or "M"

You have to choose one... they're not two separate tests.

The first 80% or so of the Biology test is the same. The remaining 20% of the questions, you get to choose, E-section or M-section. So the difference is just in one section at the end. And you must choose one.

Both are equally important... they're both part of the same Biology test. Just pick which one you're better with. Get Collegeboard's book of SAT IIs, or go to amazon.com and order the SAT II Bio book (has 4 tests... 2 M, 2 E) and take both M and E to see which you are more comfortable with.

Thank you, I get it now... :P
