How to clear a parent CEEB college code in family section

<p>I was working through the application about colleges attended by parents and entered a community college on the first line and then entered the 4-year college she attended on the next line. </p>

<p>Then I saw were only the 4-year college should have been entered on the first line and nothing should have been entered on the second line as it is for grad./prof. school. (She didn't attend past 4-year school)</p>

<p>The common application will not allow me to clear the CEEB code line from the grad/prof. school line. It allows a change to be made for the school entered but will not allow me to clear it and just leave it blank which is what I need to do since there was no school attended.</p>

<p>Use the Common App help feature and ask them to clear the box - I did that for one of them and they responded within a day or so, with it cleared.</p>

<p>type in 0000. That's the famous "Others."</p>
