Hi everyone.
My SAT is on Oct. 1 and I am scoring 720+ on Maths section. The problem is that all my mistakes are not conceptual mistakes but rather they are silly mistakes. For instance, I got 4 as an answer to a question and I selected -4. these mistakes have been killing me. I know each and every question and can easily get an 800. The thing is that I lack in temperament. please advise me.
@sahil123 a lot of answer choices are intentionally set up such that if you were to make a simple mistake (e.g. forgetting a negative sign), there would be an answer choice right there.
In general, make sure you slow down, write your work clearly, and answer exactly what is asked. Also, do not eat a very large or sugary meal right before the test as that could affect concentration.
