OK.
i need some help concentrating
i cant stay concentrated when im studying or doing homework

i had ADHD, but i grew out of it.
so i dont take medicine anymore
and i know that i dont need it

but.
seriously
i can never stay concentrated for more than 10 minutes or so
i always start doing homework then end up on youtube or something
and my parents get back from work really late
so they cant alarm me..

haha..
meds isnt the way.. not for me.
thanks anyway
and if you're taking adderall..
i prefer you not. a couple years ago it killed like 10 or some kids

Set achievable goals. Like tomorrow see if you can work twenty minutes straight, Monday try and work for thirty minutes...and then eventually you can graduate to something like hour-long study periods with fifteen-minute breaks in between. It's all about small bits of incremental progress. Oh, and once you've achieved your goal, don't forget to reward yourself with cake or something. Or a nice long block of free time.

Unplug the computer. Or set it so you cant get on the internet.
Unplug TV if necessary. Just...get away from technology.

OOOOR when it gets warmer, do your hw outside. It works for me. I mean I guess I got other stuff to distract me but as long there'sno technology..I'm ok.

Or try working in your closet with some soft music on. (if your closet is big enough)

This reminds me..I need to start doing some of those things again. I wasn't very good about concentrating last semester..but now AP exams and AP review is kinda coming up..I really need to.
