How to convert an unweighted GPA to a weighted GPA for University of South Carolina

My school does not weigh GPA. My school also does not have Honors classes, IP or AP classes. All students take the same courses. My unweighted is a 3.5. what would this translate to as a weighted average in light of OOS merit scholarships? thanks

You’e weighted and unweighted GPAs are both 3.5.
