how to cope

<p>how do you cope with extreme stress?.</p>

<p>Depends on the context! Might have to make efforts to lower burden! </p>

<p>I.e. if academic: seek out tutoring
If social/emotional: seek out guidance
If burnout/fatigue: seek out a break/fun</p>

<p>I make lists.</p>

<p>I sing. Music in general helps, but I love singing.</p>

<p>I agree with the list approach…it helps to think about breaking up something overwhelming into manageable chunks.</p>

<p>Regular exercise helps. Talking to someone about it also helps.</p>
