How to decline admission offer from Cal State?

I cannot find any decline admission button on portals.

Some CSUs have a specific time to accept or decline, I.e. April. Like the following for SFSU: “The initial Accept Admission Offer (AAO) window is April 1– May 1 (fall semester).” So the button may be missing until then, that’s my guess.
