<p>I will not be attending Binghamton and would like to notify them as soon as possible so maybe some kids who were waitlisted can be admitted. Is there a form to fill out? Or should I just write a letter?</p>
<p>There should be a box to check on the same form you would send in if accepting and making a deposit.</p>
