<p>That’s actually not true. The age of consent is 16 in Michigan. Period. Show me something that says differently. I always hear of “Oh my friend’s friend got arrested for having sex with a 16 year old when he was 18.” But whenever I read the laws, they all say 16 period. [Yes I did have to do some research on this when I was 16…]</p>
