How to Demonstrate Interest without traveling?!

I've already visited and taken a tour of the school (out-of-state) I plan on applying to ED next year. I also plan on scheduling an interview with an alumna off-campus. What else can I do to demonstrate my interest in the school, without traveling there again before applying? (Financial Concerns) I just really want to continue to express/convey my interest in the school to the school!

What is the school? Many do not factor demonstrated interest into admissions.

Rice University

If you’re applying ED, demonstrated interest is moot.

I agree with kameronsmith. There’s no way you can demonstrate more interest than signing a binding pact saying that you will attend that school if admitted.

Well, you could offer up your firstborn child to the Dean of Admissions but that might actually work against you when you’re applying for financial aid. :)

The theory I heard about “demonstrated interest” was that it was used for yield-protection. As several others have noted, it’s a moot point for ED.
