I took my first ACT practice test today, with no prep whatsoever going in and got a 27 (28E, 26M, 28R, and 25S). I wanna get it to at least a 31-32 by the time I’m taking it which is in September. Is it possible? And tips for science too because I’m really having trouble with it. Thanks!!

Definitely possible (I did it myself). Take a lot of practice tests and go over what you got wrong. I am also fortunate enough to have a family that can afford a tutor, so if you can do that I recommend it.
