How to do Common App midyear report with missing guidance counselor?

I have already applied to all my schools using the Common App, and my guidance counselor completed the school report. However, she is no longer at the school. The principals are acting as guidance counselors while the school searches for a new one.

Is the midyear report submitted online through her Common App account? If so, how can I have it submitted since she is gone?

Talk to your principals about this. They probably have an office account that is used for transcript submission.

Agree, talk to the principal who is handling your applicaions. I’m sure you won’t be the only one who needs a mid-year report sent out.

The problem is that I did ask them, and they are unsure. They have never submitted school reports on the Common App before. If the Common App allows the midyear report to be sent from a different account than the School Report, then there will be no problem. I was just wondering whether anyone here could provide some insight.
