How should I dress for an interview? It's for volunteering at a hospital. I'm a girl btw.

Something conservative, but nothing too serious.

The left two should be good - http://amdt.wsu.edu/research/dti/images/WomenOutfits.jpg

Go in nude if the interviewer is male.

i'll be your interviewer then shiet

would it be alright to wear dress shorts?

http://www.fashion.org.au/images/fashion-shorts1.jpg
like that, probably yes as I have seen some of my friends go for casual interviews in similar items. but isn't it cold, at least right now? lol

it might not be cold where she lives........some parts of america are warm or even hot all year round....

Don't wear dress shorts. Don't wear jeans. Don't wear a tee shirt with a picture on the front. Even if it is a volunteer position, wear either some sort of dress pants + blouse, khakis + collared shirt, or a skirt/dress.
