I took physics last year and for me studying was just practicing. The biggest thing of physics is understanding the application of concepts, not just knowing concepts. Get in the habit of creating a little info chart with all the information presented in the question (like mass, velocity, etc.) That helped me because I could see the information provided and look for formulas that match the information I have. It made things clearer. Also, draw pictures if you have to. It helps to visualize things. My teacher made it easier for us because he used relatable real-life examples like throwing a ball at your sibling.
