How to effectively use SAT practice tests

I'm new to the forums, so sorry if this has already been posted.

I'm going to be a junior next year and I plan on taking the SAT on December.
How should I go about doing the practice tests for best results.
I still haven't done 15 of them.

I already time myself, give small 1-2 minute breaks in between sections, and use a bubble sheet/grid in.

What intervals should I take them in?
Should I do two of them every month?
Should I wait until I'm closer and do an all-out practice test marathon?

How should I go about taking the practice tests?

I have the exact same question. So bump this thread ~

When I was preparing, I usually did two or three sections at a time with a small break in between. Although it may help some people, I never took the full practice test in one sitting. You can maybe do two or three sections at a time for now and then as you get closer to the test, start taking full practice tests.

How often you should do them really depends on how many practice tests you have available and how soon you are planning to take the SAT. Since you are going to take it in December, two per month is probably good. Once you get closer to the test, maybe in November, take one test every week or so.

No matter how often you take the practice tests, make sure you go through the test and dissect the questions you got wrong. Learning from your mistakes is important because you will avoid those mistakes in the future and get less questions wrong.
