How to figure out Extra-Curriculars?

<p>Hi! :)</p>

<p>I'm new to this CC and forums in general, so bare with me if i get something wrong...</p>

<p>In school year 2013-2014 I will be a Junior in HS. Currently I have 3 main extra-curriculars that I could take next year. These are:</p>

<p>Science Olympiad - Home</a> Page | Science Olympiad
Vex Robotics - Competition</a> - VEX - VEX Robotics
and HS Marching Band</p>

<p>I've taken all of these this year as a sophomore and I've taken Marching band as a Freshman as well. </p>

<p>I'm worried that I will not have enough time next year as a Junior, with more challenging courses and the SATs and ACTs to study for. The dilemma I face is which extracurricular to quit. I've had no luck consulting my friends since most of them are in the same extracurriculars I am in, but not all three like I am... </p>

<p>Do you have any advice as to which ones would look the best for college, or which one I should quit?</p>

<p>Don’t worry about what looks best for colleges. Choose the two that you enjoy and interest you the most. :)</p>

you have really great EC’s but focus on the ones that you can develop more from intellectually and as a person. Maybe keep SciOly and band, then in SciOly just do the robot arm event ;)</p>
