How to fill out a resume in the middle of transferring

I'm an undergraduate transferring to a new university next fall. I have to fill out a resume for an internship in the summer of 2013, but I'm not sure exactly what to put down for my education. It would be misleading just to put down the university I'm at now because I'll have attended another university for a full year before the internship starts and I won't be receiving my degree from this university. But if I just put down the university I'm transferring to it would also be misleading because my GPA solely reflects my performance at the university I'm at right now. How can I put this down on my resume?

NEW SCHOOL w/ Location
Bachelor of Science in Basket Weaving, Expected June 20XX; GPA: N/A

OLD SCHOOL w/ Location
Degree Title / Dates of Attendance and GPA

It’ll be apparent you transferred from the dates. Plus, you can mention a line or two in your cover letter about how you transferred.
