My son's a junior and took the PSAT today. He also took it last year. It occurred to us last night that we lost whatever record we got of his score for last year. How can he find out how he did then?

While we're on the subject, when will he find out how he did today?

If your son has already set up a Collegeboard userid and password then you should be able to log in to the Collegeboard website and look for My College Quickstart. If not, then your HS counselling office should have a record. If not, then try calling Collegeboard and be ready to give some identifying information.

As for score reporting, College Board will send out the score reports to schools in late November/early December. It is then up to each individual school as to when they want to distribute them. Could be December, could be January, might even be later. Very annoying.

i heard that you can get your scores earlier online though if you had taken the test last year...i'm not absolutely positive, considering there has been some discrepency about it..
