This is a very random and specific question, but for some of my colleges I have to upload supplements from an outside doc or a resume, and I am just wondering how I should format them. 11pt or 12 pt font? Single spaced, 1.15, 1.5, double spaced, or other? Times New Roman or Arial? Also, for the essay questions, should I repeat the question or add a header?
