I am currently a junior and want to get into a ivy league school. My fear is that I lack any major awards that many students how apply to those schools tend to have. Does anybody have any advice on how I could start boosting my college apps with some major awards?

^Just be yourself. Not having any major awards will not mean that you won’t get into an Ivy, but having major awards will also not get you into an Ivy. College admissions at the Ivy may be competitive, but they also evaluate your file holistically.

That said, just try the hardest you can in HS and take advantage of what your HS has to offer because you do only have one year left. Enjoy it! What you should not do is to do stuff just for the sake of college admission.

How? Just work hard and don’t obsess over it.

There are many online awards/opportunities you could do. For example: [Business Contest NOVA CHALLENGE](http://www.novachallenge.org)
