<p>its a domino effect.work hard on one thing and you will feel accomplished when you are done and you wil be motivated to work hard on the next thing and so on.</p>
<p>Stay on CC long enough to feel utterly worthless, that should give you a kick in the tush o.O lol</p>
<p>Do the homework that’s due last first. (Or just do the homework that’s most fun.)
That way you feel like you’re “getting ahead,” so you’ll be motivated to work harder than if you just feel like you’re “catching up” the whole time.</p>
<p>just remember the outcome will be good. Remember that this is a huge chunk of your life which will have a big impact in ur future. That is what i tell myself. Why waste a mind…when you can put it in use and do good to all, especailly yourself. Everything happens for a reason. The teacher gives you homework for a reason, to help u understand the concept. You are learning the concept to make yourself smarter etc etc. Dont look at the near future but instead look into the far future where you want to be.</p>
<p>Go to ‘Chances Forum’ and scope out applicants for your dream school, if it’s good enough. You should feel a run for your money to have a just small shot at it…
This forum is filled with Valedictorians, Salutatorian, People in the top .1-10% of their classes…
If you don’t feel pressure from just looking at some of these awe striking stats to go to just a lower 1st tier university(not to mention top 1st tier) or even a 2nd tier university… then you are either too lax or not very smart…
Keep in mind you determine your future, not mommy or daddy… not aunty next door or Bob Jones your best friend. If you goof up your life by doing whatever you do… don’t expect anyone to come to you immediate rescue. </p>
<p>But… Competition always keeps me going. I want as close to number 1 as I can get.</p>
