Hello all,

I am a current Junior and am running out of time to take my SAT. On practice tests, I usually score around 740's and on the real thing I have scored two 710's. That score is acceptable, but I badly want to score above 750. I'm in kind of a trolly situation because my math isn't low enough for me to go out and buy Barron's, but it isn't high enough for me to just not study for it. Is there a certain textbook I need to buy and be studying, are there any strategies I should be trying, etc. What do I do if I want to move a 700 to a 750+?

I think Gruber’s and PWN the SAT could be very helpful. I don’t know your financial situation so I can’t say if they’re worth the cost. There is a website associated with PWN the SAT that may provide some useful help for free.

^Would you say Gruber’s math workbook is the best?

^I have the full SAT guide but only use the math part. I think you’d benefit from both Gruber and PWN. You could also search this forum for posts by Dr. Steve and pkeller, they both have a lot of useful info. So if you start off by buying Gruber’s, using the PWN website and this forum you’ll be well on your way.
