I need suggestion regarding admission in a second bachelor degree. I am doing Masters in Economics right after doing the Bachelor in Econ. But now, at the age of 30, I am looking ahead to change the field and complete a second bachelor in Engineering. I am worried if I can get admitted without SAT?

If you have more than 24 semester hours (and since you already have a degree) the SAT isn’t needed at all.
