How to get from the 2200 hump to over 2300

hey guys, i am currently a sophomore interested in possibly finishing the SATs this year. i took it once last year as a freshman in June and scored a 2200 (700 CR 760 M 740 W). i did a good amount of practice for the first test but not as much as i could have. the math i got -1 which was an incredibly stupid mistake, so basically it should have been an 800, so i'm not too worried about that. it is mainly the critical reading and writing sections that are giving me trouble. on the writing i got -3, one of each type of question, and a 10 on the essay. what do you guys recommend to get from 2-3 wrong to 0-1 wrong? i've done all of the tests in the blue book since and i'm just wondering what is the best to use after that. also, i got -5 for SC on the CR and -2 for the passages. what do you guys recommend for the vocabulary? i just got direct hits and plan on memorizing those, but what else would you think would be beneficial? and for the passages, do you think just continued practice and reading would help to get me to the 0-1 wrong? my main goal is prepping for the rest of the year and then possibly taking it in June 11 and scoring at least 2300, which would finish my SATs up as a sophomore, giving me more time to work on other things. let me know what you guys would recommend, and thank you for any help in advance!
