How to get great recommendations?

<p>Does recommendation from professor, who is alumni from my prospective transfer school, help? And if I just say that I want to transfer, will he encourage me to do so and promise me a great recommendation?</p>

<p>I suggest sleeping with the professor, than blackmailing him into giving you a good letter of rec........................</p>

<p>No but seriously, just get to know them, go to office hours, that type of stuff.</p>

<p>just be nice and talk to them, unless you are some weird nerd with no people skills you should be able have them be happy to talk to you so they will be glad to write a nice LOR when the time comes.</p>
