How to get into UCLA when you're the bottom of the class

<p>It is very possible to transfer to UCLA from a CCC. You just have to kick butt in the classes you need (the hard part). Being enrolled in the honors program can increase the chances of getting into UCLA (not sure about Berkeley). One of my friends was in the honors program and got accepted to UCLA. Two of my other friends are going to transfer to UCB for Bioengineering as well. </p>

<p>Luckily, I got accepted to UCLA without being in the honors program at my CC. Yay.</p>

<p>I highly recommend community colleges. You need to be determined, and if you are and get moderate grades (3.3+) you should be a shoe in for acceptance (and you save a ton of money).</p>
