How do some people just seem to get more done in less time? I want to know how to be more productive and efficient. I'm told that I spend way too much time doing simple tasks like eating, showering, cleaning. And I find that my mind always wanders when I'm doing everyday tasks, do you guys know how to keep focus on a single task so that you get it done faster? Same thing in school, my mind always wanders when the teacher is talking, and I miss something important. Is this normal, and can be corrected? Or do I have a slight case of ADD?

I take 40 min to take a shower each morning. But I believe that finding it hard to focus on certain things is quite normal.

you should stop showering, hire a maid, and stop eating.

that should increase your productivity by at least 25%. at least.

lock yourself in a completely bare room with nothing to keep you distracted. Also, dont keep a clock and have no windows. Great way to stay focused.

you dont have ADD...its called "we're teenagers and we cant focus" lol...just chill and try to work through something...if you cant stay focused, move to something else and just go from one thing to another...that will help keep you working but not bored with what you're doing

i can focus when i feel confident

I second this. lol
Like whenever I go down stairs into my basement, (where it's dead quiet, no computer, no phone) I always get done with my HW sooo much faster. Seriously. Do it. lol
