<p>i want to send SAT scores to 13 universities, i am aware that we can send to 4 universities for free, but sending to rest of the 9 is hardship for me financially. I am an international student, and i have done UK based A levels. can any one please tell me how can i get fee waiver for sending SAT scores.</p>

<p>So, are you saying that you can afford $500 to apply to schools, but don’t have another $100 to send the SAT scores?</p>
<p>May I suggest that you lower the number of universities to 11; then $500 will cover both fees of application and SAT score report.</p>
