<p>Seconding the note-taking idea. It’s what I’ve always done for a dull class-the very act of note-taking keeps me focused, even if my notes later appear to be illegible or I never look at them again. </p>
<p>Alternatively, I find sudoku help me to better focus on listening to something.</p>

<p>text, play tetris on your phone, read a book, get other work done, there are tons of options.</p>
<p>…with my iPod Touch. It was a dream. I wouldn’t recommend it though. It interferes with actual note taking.</p>
