My S has been accepted to a great interdisciplinary field program put on by UGA for the summer. They start out in Athens and then travel, doing field studies, for the rest of the summer. It's looks like a great program! We live on the west coast and he'll have to fly into Atlanta, then get himself to the Athens campus. Can anyone recommend a way to take public transportation from Atlanta to UGA? Thanks.

Groome Transportation. It’s well-run and comfortable:

Wow, Gadad, that’s perfect! Thanks.

I do not believe that there is public transportation from Atlanta to Athens. There is a company called Groome Transportation (1-800-896-9928 or 706-410-2363) that provides frequent service to the UGA campus. The cost is $34 each way. Their website is [<<< Groome Transportation >>>](http://www.groometransportation.com).
