DUDE THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Unit 2 Ehrman Hall, Room 814.
8 floor (the very top)!!!
Hopefully we get that awesome view of the bay/golden gate bridge on the west side.

Hope your elevator doesn’t break. Griffiths Hall elevator broke down for 3 days in middle of the semester and that was GG for those who were up there lol…

Hahhha oh god i hope we’re not that unlucky.
But i’m pretty stoked having the top floor. I stayed there during ROHP and the view of the bay was sooo nice

^now i know where to find you

In the past year, I often had to visit some friends that lived on the seventh floor of the dorms. There were many instances where we decided it was not worth the time to wait for the elevator. :)

Hah well I already told it to more than 120 berkeley freshman on facebook, so it’s okay ;)

awesome! but this doesn’t exactly do me much good on move in day, does it? i still have to stand in line, wait for my key etc…how busy do you think it’ll be right at ten?

I feel like a lot of people are going to be there at 10 since everyone thinks “Oh, if I get there early, I’ll beat the rush.” But that doesn’t stop me from going there early LOL.

anyone living on the 6th floor of unit 2 gryffindor?

come drop by, lol:
U1 CH-411

Aw man! Mine won’t let me log in/register! It says there’s no in-room connection or something?

^oh my gosh, woman!

it sounds like you’re on the correct page, just scroll down to the box where it says “personal profile”

is this the thing you’re looking at?
In-Room Connection Status
Connectivity Inactive
IP Address 0.0.0.0

if it is, then just scroll down the page lol

I swear to God that I am good with instructions but I’m not seeing the “personal profile” thing.

Go to rescomp.berkeley.edu
Click “Login to Helpdesk via CalNet”
Set up your security question/answer
Then after that, scroll down to the bottom of the page and you’ll see “Personal Profile”

And it will say something like:
Personal Profile
Student ID ********
Name ________
Room U2 EH-814
Room Phone 4-1214

The first number (in my case, 8) is your floor number and the other two numbers (14) is your room number.

Pretty much everyone on facebook that I sent these instructions to were able to get it…
So major facepalm if you still can’t figure it out hahha

@Sagert: LOL im exactly four floors above you, CH-811 :D

Cool thanks. I hadn’t done the security question yet.

wow, thanks! it is nice to know beforehand…
how would you translate the room and floor number for foothill residents?
